We're a small, deliberately specialised firm. Every consultant we field has spent years inside integrated steel plants, mini-mills or rolling operations before joining Cardamom Tech — running shifts, owning a P&L line, or leading a maintenance turnaround of their own.
That means we design recommendations against the constraints an operating floor actually has — crew rotations, campaign lengths, spares lead time — rather than the constraints that make a slide deck look clean. An engagement is only finished once your own team can run the improvement without us in the room.
